Role overview

• A pure transaction processing role aligned to the respective service line.

Responsibilities:

•  Transaction Processing
•  Update reports in a timely fashion
•  Ensure all department procedure documents are up to date
•  Participate in other projects and tasks as directed by the Team leader
•  Meet targets and SLA as required
