| Education | BSc. IT / CS / Maths or BCA with Programming language Mandatory. |
| Job Summary | We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Service Delivery Freshers to join our team. Freshers will assist in delivering high-quality IT services to our clients and internal teams. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management and delivery. |
| Preferred Skills | · Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix), Cloud· Good understanding of a programming language / scripting· Basic knowledge of Networking, Cyber Security principles.· Familiarity with SDLC, IT service management concepts |
| Key Responsibilities | · Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems. This could involve Datacenter, Cloud Infra, network, or security issues.· Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.· Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in line with service and experience level agreements.· Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.· Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.· Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements. |

IT / CS/ Maths OR BCA with programming knowledge mandatory)· Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Good in Written and Spoken English and interpersonal skills.· Good Document writing skills and SOP preparation· Ability to collaborate and work independently and as part of a team.· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.· Location – Bangalore/ Chennai· No standing Backlogs· Mandatory – Flexible for any location· Ready to work in any Shift, Ability to adapt Technology |
