Job Description
Open Positions:
- Software Engineer Trainee (Freshers)
- Software Developer (1–3 Years Experience)
For Freshers:
- Program: 3-month paid internship followed by full-time onboarding based on performance
- Service Agreement: 2 years upon full-time confirmation
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from any engineering or science background
- 70% and above in 10th, 12th, and BE
- No standing arrears at the time of application
For Experienced Professionals (1–3 Years):
- Role: Software Developer
- Experience: 1–3 years in software development
Common Skills & Attributes We Look For:
- Experience working on independent projects (ability to present a live demo during selection)
- Hands-on coding experience in Java, C, or C++
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
