Job Description
Antino Off-campus Drive 2026 The Business Development Intern role at Antino involves supporting the sales and business growth team by identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have good communication skills, teamwork ability, and interest in business strategy and corporate development.
Responsibilities:
1.Pipeline Development & Lead Generation Support the development of the sales pipeline by identifying and researching potential prospects across target industries and markets. Assist in executing inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives through LinkedIn, email outreach, and market research. Maintain a structured list of qualified leads and support the team in progressing opportunities through the sales funnel.
2.Client Outreach & Engagement Initiate outreach to prospective clients and help schedule discovery calls and product discussions with the sales team. Support early-stage lead qualification by gathering information about client needs, business challenges, and technology requirements.
3.CRM & Sales Operations Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead details, client interactions, and deal progress. Assist in tracking pipeline activity, follow-ups, and engagement metrics to support forecasting and reporting.
4.Market Intelligence & Research Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, target segments, and potential growth opportunities. Provide insights that support go-to-market initiatives and sales strategies.
5.Sales Enablement Support Assist in the preparation of RFP responses, proposals, and sales documentation. Support the creation of client presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials. Help the team prepare for product demonstrations and client meetings.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support ongoing business development initiatives. Help gather and organize customer feedback and market insights that can inform product and service improvements. 7.Performance & Learning Track outreach and pipeline activity against defined KPIs and performance metrics. Continuously learn about IT services, technology solutions, and enterprise sales processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or related field. Experience or interest in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or software is a plus. Strong technical understanding of IT solutions and digital services. Skilled in lead generation, prospecting, and CRM management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze markets, research competitors, and identify opportunities. Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Collaborative, adaptable, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment. Professional, client-focused, and capable of building long-term relationships.
