Job Description
Urban Company is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves working closely with business and operations teams to provide actionable insights through data. If you are passionate about solving problems, working with large datasets, and turning numbers into stories, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel .
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track KPIs and measure impact.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in querying large databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively..
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills are welcome to apply).
