Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Work with databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of the developed code.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
