Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English.
2. Resolving customer queries and requests.
3. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
5. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
6. Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
7. Inform customers of the steps to follow to exploit the services of the company.
Job Brief:
1. Handle customers’ problems, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
3. Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
4. Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
Qualification and Experience:
-Any Graduate Fresher.
-12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
Shift and Allowances:
-5 Days working, 2 days’ rotational week off- US rotational Graveyard shifts, split week off.
-9.5 Hours shift (including 1 hr break). Rotational shift
-Both side cab service if the address is covered in our transport boundary.
-Age Limit – 40 Yrs old max
