Job Description
GlobalLogic is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Product Support Engineer who is transitioning from a Machine Learning development background into a client-facing, product-focused support role. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in AI/ML and cloud technologies to apply their technical expertise in diagnosing, resolving, and guiding the use of cutting-edge AI/ML products and services
Requirements
- A strong foundation in computer fundamentals, including operating systems, virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and basic system administration.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, like any cloud platform, in AI/ML services.
- Applied knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and familiarity with any cloud product such as Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow.
- Experience in machine learning model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Ray, and understanding of model architectures (e.g., encoders, decoders, transformers) and AI accelerators (e.g., GPUs, TPUs).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and debugging skills with a passion for helping users adopt and succeed with complex AI solutions
Job Responsibilities
- Must have an exp in L2 support for 6 months & act as a key technical contact for customers using AI/ML products and services—primarily those on Cloud Computing. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues around machine learning model performance, API integration, deployment, and infrastructure.
- Guide customers on best practices for using tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow in real-world AI applications.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product, and QA teams to escalate and resolve technical problems and influence product improvements.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases and support materials.
- Stay current on the latest trends in Generative AI and machine learning to support evolving customer needs.
