Who Can Apply?
- B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields (CS, IT, etc.)
- Freshers passionate about application support and Java/SQ
- Strong analytical thinking
Required Skills:
- Java development (core and production support)
- SQL for database troubleshooting/queries
- Application monitoring and performance analysis (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Java applications in both production and non-production settings
- Monitor app performance, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for root cause analysis and fixes
- Participate in deployments, release validations, and rollback planning
- Maintain documentation for support procedures and known issues
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices (incidents, problems, changes)
- Support batch/integration jobs and middleware as necessary
