Job Description
We are looking for passionate and driven Graduate Software Developers to join our engineering team. As a fresher developer, you will work on designing, building, and maintaining software applications across frontend, backend, or full-stack development. You will be involved in real-time coding, feature development, debugging, and continuous learning of modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, test, and deploy software features with guidance from senior developers.
– Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices.
– Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

– Work on both frontend and backend components depending on project needs.
– Collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams for seamless feature delivery.
– Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across various environments.
– Learn new frameworks, tools, and technologies continuously.
Required Technical Skills (Tech-Agnostic)
– Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
– Hands-on knowledge in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go, PHP, Kotlin, or C++.
– Understanding of full development lifecycle: requirements → coding → testing → deployment.
– Familiarity with:
– Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
– Backend basics: REST APIs, database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)
– Version control: Git/GitHub/GitLab
– Ability to learn new tech stacks quickly.
Educational Qualification
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent fields.
