Eligibility & Skills – Infosys Specialist Programmer/DSE
- 2026 batch: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc (CS/IT/AI/DS/SE/ECE/EEE/cybersecurity/allied)
- Consistent academic performance per Infosys guidelines
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills; AI/ML/Data Science advantage
- Teamwork, communication, and analytical mindset
Role-wise CTC Structure (2025-26)
- Specialist Programmer L3: ₹21 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L2: ₹16 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L1: ₹10 LPA + ₹1 lakh joining bonus
- Digital Specialist Engineer: ₹6.25 LPA + ₹75,000 joining bonus
Recruitment & Selection Process
- On-campus in-person evaluation
- Three-hour assessment (programming challenges, varying difficulty)
- Behavioral and technical interviews as per Infosys process
