Job Description
Poshmark Off-campus Drive 2026 is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Junior Email Support Associate. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through email, resolving issues related to orders, payments, returns, and account management, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess good written communication skills, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in customer support and operations.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with Poshmark India users via email, messenger, and/or social support
● Respond to users in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
● Demonstrate empathy through thoughtful and prompt resolutions for the Community
● Research, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for open orders and account related issues
● Gather feedback and suggestions from the Community
● Strive to exceed volume and CSAT (customer satisfaction) goals
● Help with side projects and administrative work as neede
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; new college graduates are encouraged to apply
