Job Description

Wipro Off-campus Drive 2026 The Wipro WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program) is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a career in the IT industry while pursuing higher education. Selected candidates will work on software development, application support, testing, cloud technologies, and IT services. They will collaborate with teams, solve technical issues, learn new technologies, and deliver high-quality solutions to clients. The program offers hands-on industry experience along with sponsored educational

Education 

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass 
• Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above as applicable by the university guidelines 

 Other criteria 

• One Backlog is allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
• Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 8th semester.
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only 
• Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during Graduation.
• Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.
• Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation).
• No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of the Graduation.
• Candidates will be reinvited for the test process, who have completed 3 months of cool-off period from the previous assessment date.
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country. 
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate. 
• Candidates should be 18+ while registration.

• Bachelor of Computer Application – BCA
• Bachelor of Science- B.Sc.

• Eligible Streams-Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics

ompensation

• Period: (INR Per Month):

           1st year STIPEND –15,000 + 488 (ESI),

           2nd year STIPEND –17,000 + 553 (ESI),

           3rd year STIPEND –19,000 + 618 (ESI),

           Fourth Year STIPEND: 23,000

• Additional Bonus

           Joining Bonus: 75,000 along with the 1st month Stipend

Service Agreement

•  Applicable for 60-month Training Agreement of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis, payable in case if you decide to leave the organization within this period.

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment; the below details are appended for your reference.

Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:

• Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
• Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
• Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
• Written Ability – 20 Mins

Round 2 – Voice Assessment – 20 Mins

Round 3 – Business discussion
