Johnson Controls Off-campus Drive 2026. As a Student Intern in IAM/Cybersecurity, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise identity and access management solutions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to modern IAM technologies, cybersecurity practices, and real-world business challenges.

What we look for:

• Assist in configuring and managing IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint) for user provisioning, access reviews, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Support the implementation of security controls such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), privileged access management, and policy enforcement.
• Participate in monitoring system logs, analyzing security events, and responding to incidents under supervision.
• Help document IAM processes, prepare reports on access requests, and maintain compliance records.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to troubleshoot access issues and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Contribute to automation scripts and workflows for identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver).
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices; participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions.
