Role Description
SquareOps Off-campus Drive 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic and technically curious DevOps Freshers to join our engineering team in Gurgaon.
The selected candidates will get an opportunity to work on real-world DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, automation and deployment activities while learning industry-standard tools and practices under the guidance of experienced professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about Cloud, DevOps, Linux, automation and infrastructure technologies and want to build a long-term career in the DevOps domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining development, testing and production environments.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with DevOps and Cloud teams on deployment and automation activities.
- Gain hands-on experience with Linux/Unix-based systems.
- Assist in containerization and deployment using Docker.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Assist in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance and help troubleshoot basic issues.
- Collaborate with Development, QA and Infrastructure teams.
- Follow DevOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, security and automation.
- Document technical processes, configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Continuously learn new DevOps tools and technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Linux / Unix, Git & GitHub/GitLab
- CI/CD concepts & Docker
- Basic understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP, Shell/Bash scripting and Networking concepts
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles
Good to Have
Knowledge or academic/project exposure to:
- Jenkins & Kubernetes
- Terraform & Ansible
- AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana
- Python or any scripting language
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E or BCA/ MCA – preferably Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related disciplines. Candidates from the 2025 batch and later are eligible.

- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Are comfortable working from the office in Gurgaon and have completed relevant academic projects, certifications, internships or self-learning in DevOps/Cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
