Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and work independently by exploring features-related technologies.
• Able to explore open-source tools and AI-based tools and able to integrate them into existing or new applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and fix issues in existing applications.
• Able to work independently or with a group of teams.
• Willing to work on existing applications and also able adopt to new technologies.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing or completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

Skills

• Have knowledge and/or interest in some (not all) of the following: Angular, JavaScript, MongoDB, HTML, and CSS.
• Having knowledge of NodeJS, form, Docker, Git, and SQL is plus
• Are excited about using the latest opensource software & frameworks, methodologies & tools.
• Not afraid to evaluate/try new methodologies/frameworks/tools to improve the development process and/or user experience.
• Are excited about joining a team that is focused on building next-generation platform that will be used by employees around the world.
• Having past application development Internships or Project experience is a plus.

Working Conditions

• The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at the office.
