The ideal candidate will be part of a team supporting a Deloitte India-built Test automation product. As part of this team, the candidate’s responsibilities would include
- Responding to user queries in a timely and accurate way
- Identifying user needs and helping users use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Setting up the tool in the user environment
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Escalate and monitor problems that require major changes to the development team
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform users about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather user feedback and share it with stakeholders
Requirements:

- Project management skills
