About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our IT Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in IT with hands-on experience in Windows systems, networking, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for Windows desktop and server environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers for escalated issues
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and Operating Systems (especially Windows)
- Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop Support
- Interest or exposure to Automation tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
