Key Responsibilities
· Role: Faculty – Trainer – “Embedded, Device Driver Programming” with Talent Transformation
. Guide and mentor training participants to acquire skills through hands-on, problem solving, case studies
and intermediate & capstone projects
· Analyze Training Needs, Develop Courseware including Case Studies and Conduct Technical Training Programs
· Ability to bring real project use case scenarios for developing hands-on expertise for training participants
· Ability to Automate evaluation of hands-on assignments
· Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written), Presentation, Persuasion and Networking Skills.
· Passion for Teaching, Training and Mentoring
