Job Description

VIATRIS Off-campus Drive 2026 is hiring freshers for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee in Bangalore. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to apply. In this role, freshers will work on engineering operations, technical support, troubleshooting, process improvement, and maintaining systems or equipment while learning industry standards and company processes. The company is looking for candidates with good communication skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and basic technical knowledge. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who want to start their career in the engineering and healthcare technology sector.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on the following programing languages- PowerShell, Python, Bootstrap, .Net, node JS and Angular.
• Basic Knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems, Networking & Security.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Web Services, Cloud based Applications & Agile principles.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E / B. Tech
• Year of Passing out 2026
• Percentage in BE / B. Tech 60% (PS: 59.9% will not be considered)
• Should have min 60% in 10th and 12th (PS: 59.9% will not be considered)
• No active backlogs. No Year Gaps throughout academics
• Should have strong communication skills
