Job Description

We are hiring freshers in Madurai for multiple roles. If you are passionate about technology and meet our eligibility criteria, we encourage you to apply.

Available Roles:

• Node.js Developer Trainee
• React.js Developer Trainee
• Flutter Developer Trainee
• AWS DevOps Engineer Trainee
• PHP Developer Trainee

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Year: Only 2021 to 2024 batch students are eligible to apply.
• Experience Level: This opportunity is strictly for freshers; experienced candidates should not apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Node.js / React.js / AWS / PHP / Flutter.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Location: Candidates must reside within 30 km of our Madurai office

Terms and Conditions:

1. Training Period: 6 months.
2. Stipend: ₹8,000 per month during the training period.
3. Employment Confirmation: Based on performance after the training period.
4. Employment Bond:
   • A 1-year bond is mandatory for employment from the DOJ.
   • If the bond is breached, the candidate is responsible for repayment as per company terms.
5. Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have a well-functioning laptop for training.
6. Work Location: K. Pudur, Madurai.
7. Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week).
8. Additional Note: The company does not provide food or accommodation.

Interview Process:

1. Written Test

• Aptitude Test
• Technical Test (includes programming tasks based on your chosen domain)
• English Test (oral and written)

2. Technical Round

• Face-to-face interview with the Technical Team.

3. Final Round

• Interview with our Technical Head.
