Job Description
As a partner of the user experience team, here are the responsibilities and requirements for a UX designer
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design solutions.
- Help analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on UX design best practices, tools, and trends.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the design team.
Education and Skills :
- Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong interest in user-centered design and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
- Portfolio or samples of design work (academic projects, personal projects, or internships) is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design.
