Job Description:

BlueLabs’ Off-campus Drive 2026 is hiring fresh graduates for the Data Analyst role. Candidates will work with data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization to support business decisions. The role requires basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and analytical skills, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

In this position, you will:

• Analyze data, as well as contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of analytics products and services
• Support the team in building predictive models, tools, and data visualizations
• Check data and modeling results for quality and cleanliness, transform, aggregate, and report on data as needed
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, program managers, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and proactively create solutions
• Strive to support team excellence by documenting processes and evangelizing new approaches
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver accurate products on short deadlines
• Such other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

What We Are Seeking:

• An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience
• Conceptual understanding of foundations of statistics and modeling (distributions, parameter estimation, confidence intervals, and tests, etc.)
• Proficient understanding of a statistical programming language such as R, Python, or Julia
• The ability to create informative and engaging data visualizations using industry-leading tools
• The ability to build predictive models using regression and machine learning techniques
• The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, both in writing and verbally
• Knowledge of experimental design and causal inference
• The ability to create user interfaces for new products using frameworks such as Shiny or Django
• The ability to learn SQL to manipulate data
