Job Description
What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibility
- The associate will issue an acknowledgement and offer a resolution on the call.
- Associate will resolve the customer query over the call and provide a solution w.r.t customer query, e.g., Billing / Product or Shipment tracking/refund/profile management/dispute handling/change of Plan, shipment / Points management / Damaged delivery, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Customer Centricity
- Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to Learn
- Skill Set required: Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.
- Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect, irrespective of the channel of interaction.
