Job Description
Amber Off-campus Drive 2026 As an Operations Associate – US at Amber, you will support the student housing booking process, coordinate with students and accommodation partners, resolve operational issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves communication, problem-solving, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to help students find and secure suitable accommodation efficiently. Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in neutral English
- Active listening skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Objection handling skills
- Strategic prospecting skills
- Negotiation skills
- Good call closing techniques
- Proficiency in CRM or other similar softwares
- Working in the UK Shift – rotational between the available UK shifts. (Non Negotiable)
Qualifications:
- Education level – Graduate
- Minimum 60% required in academics
- Experience – 0 to 3 years
- Experience in tele sales or similar background will be a plus
- Preferred industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development or customer service
- Understanding of the UK market in terms of geography and demographics will be a plus
