Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM software.
