Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Undertake analysis, design, coding and testing activities of modules
- Develop software on time and to required quality standards
- Support the company’s development processes and development guidelines including code reviews, coding style and unit testing requirements.
- Assist in designing and implementing solutions that leverage AI agents, source code repositories, and knowledge bases to automate case resolution and code remediation.
- Work closely with senior engineers, actively participate in team discussions, and seek mentorship to accelerate your learning.
Qualifications

- Approaches every challenge by asking, “How can AI transform this?”
- Sees GenAI and LLMs as core building blocks for designing smarter, adaptive systems.
- Experiments with prompt engineering, AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot), and agent-based frameworks to amplify creativity and accelerate learning.
- Curious about emerging AI technologies and how they can reshape workflows, not just improve them.
Foundational Software Development Skills
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET or Java
- Exposure to relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and basic SQL concepts/operations.
- Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
- Awareness of core software engineering principles such as OOP, SOLID, and testing.
