Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to measure, analyze, and interpret the performance of all digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and using data to provide strategic insights in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., using Google Data Studio/Looker Studio or Power BI) for all key digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Email).
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign data to identify performance drivers, trends, and areas for optimization and growth.
- Analyze customer behavior data, conversion funnels, and A/B test results to generate actionable strategic recommendations for the marketing team.
- Develop performance forecasts and measure results against key business metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV).
- Maintain open, clear, and professional communication with marketing and leadership teams, translating complex data into understandable business actions.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Must be articulate in both written and verbal communication. The ability to clearly convey complex analytical findings and strategic implications to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

High Motivation and Drive: A proactive mindset is required to independently explore data, uncover insights, and meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new analytical tools, data sources (e.g., GA4, paid ad platforms), and advanced statistical methods.
Proven experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4/Adobe Analytics) and data visualization software.
