Job Description
The Service Desk Analyst role is critical for maintaining HCLTech’s global IT support infrastructure. This position is open in Lucknow, Nagpur, and Madurai. It is an excellent fit for graduates seeking Any Degree Jobs with a passion for troubleshooting and technology.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.E, B.Tech).
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months to 3+ years of experience in a relevant support role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, knowledge of ticketing tools, and basic hardware/networking troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT issues (Hardware, Software, Network).
- Manage incidents and service requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/Linux) and basic network connectivity.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
