Job Description

HSBC Off-campus Drive 2026 As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to help business teams make informed decisions. The role involves working with large datasets, creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You may use tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms to support business operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Analytics:
  Support the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying key success metrics.
• Data Collection & Preparation:
  Gather and prepare data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, digital platforms) to enable robust campaign analysis.
• Performance Reporting:
  Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign effectiveness, customer response rates using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Looker.
• Insights Generation:
  Translate campaign data into actionable insights, highlighting opportunities for optimization and recommending improvements to future campaigns.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated on the latest campaign analytics techniques and tools. Demonstrate learning agility by adapting to new challenges and technologies.
• Documentation:
  Maintain clear documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Qualifications
