The Role
This is a full-time opportunity for fresh B.Tech/B.E. graduates (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) who like teaching, mentoring, and making coding click for someone else. You’ll work as part of our training team while pursuing a sponsored M.Tech under the WILP model.
Here’s what you’ll actually be doing:
● Deliver live technical training sessions and run coding labs
● Mentor learners and unblock them in real time when their code (or their confidence) breaks
● Evaluate assignments, give feedback that actually helps, and track learner progress
● Debug with learners and strengthen their conceptual understanding — not just their syntax
● Develop learning content: Create detailed course materials, hands-on exercises, cheat sheets, FAQs, quick-reference guides, assessments, and other learning resources.
● Support senior trainers in keeping learner engagement and outcomes high
● Travel to training deployments across locations as needed
Who Should Apply
● B.Tech / B.E. graduates — CS, IT, ECE, or related branches — 2025 or 2026 pass-outs
● Solid working knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
● Confident, clear communication in English — you’ll be explaining concepts out loud, every day, to people who are stuck (Hindi is a bonus)
● Genuinely enjoy mentoring and want to see other people succeed, not just yourself
● Ready to commit 3 years to the WILP program — this is a real investment in you, and we’re looking for people who’ll invest back
How You’ll Be Selected
We’ve made the process a little more rigorous this year — because we want trainers who are genuinely strong at both code and communication, not just one or the other.

| 2. Pre-Hiring Learning Program (10–12 days) | Learn your assigned tech stack at your own pace, then take a final assessment — this decides which candidates move forward, and how |
| 3. Live Coding Assessment (incl. Presentation) | Can you actually code and think out loud under real conditions, and explain your thinking clearly while doing it — not just on paper |
| 4. Psychometric Assessment | Your personality and work-style fit for a 3-year training commitment |
| 5. HR Culture Fit | Your commitment to WILP, culture fit, and a final communication check |

Compensation & Location
| Years 1–2 | ₹3.5 LPA, while you complete your sponsored M.Tech under WILP |
| Year 3 onward | ₹6.0 LPA, on successful completion of WILP and your performance evaluation |
| Location | PAN India roles; onboarding and initial training at our Coimbatore office |
| Onboarding | Two batches this year — on or before Sep 1, 2026, or on or before Oct 1, 2026, depending on when you clear the process |
