Job Description
The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best-in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support the Relationship Manager in identifying Business owners/entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and assessing their business loan needs. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, building household-level customer relationships, and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

– Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and areas allocated
– Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets
– Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross-sell opportunities as per their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements

– Contribute to the penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening as per the needs of the customer
– Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships
– Nudge behavioral changes in customers to drive them towards online banking
– Maintain high collection efficiency through discipline and drive
– Monitor the preparation of accurate documentation of loans and savings accounts.
– Coordinate with the operations officer to ensure timely and accurate data entry
– Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements
– Conduct field audits and customer verifications to ensure high quality of accounts
‘-Maintain knowledge on all bank products, credit standards, services, and trends, and provide efficient customer services.
-Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
– Provide support for the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
