Job Description

Position: Associate Analyst

Purpose of the position: We are looking for a talented fresher to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SQL, a programming language, cloud basics, and data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Training Location: Nagpur

Job Location: Nagpur/Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Type of Employment: Trainee/Full-time
 

Desirable Skills:

• Fundamentals of Data Warehousing and ETL: Basic knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Good SQL Knowledge: Understanding the basics of SQL and familiarity with databases like MySQL or Oracle.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python being highly preferred. Basic knowledge of Java or Scala can also be useful.
• Cloud Basics: Familiarity with the basics of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Introduction to Big Data Technologies: Basic understanding of big data services like Spark, Hive, or Airflow.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing.
• Effective Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree: B.E./B.Tech only
• Specialization: CSE/IT/E&TC/Data Science/other IT related branches
• Percentage: Aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable) and Graduation
• Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered

Qualities:

• Should have the capability to deep dive and research in various technical related fields
• Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm
• Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations
• Able to consult, write, and present persuasively
• Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team
• Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback

Note:

• Candidate will have to be in Nagpur for the training period
• Post training period candidate should be willing to relocate any of these work locations: Pune, Nagpur, Chennai, Bangalore or Hyderabad
