Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for an Associate/Senior Associate within our Customer Experience Business Unit hence your application is invited should you want to be a part of the leader in the BPM industry.

Please note the requirement is in a pilot project whereby an incumbent will be required to work night shifts with rotational offs. Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills are must–haves for proposed role.

• Customer Interaction:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Providing information, resolving issues, and seeking further information to address customer needs.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound activities, depending on the demand and workflow.
  • Empathizing with customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem Solving:
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Providing solutions for basic problems and taking ownership of issues.
• Communication:
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.
  • Using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
• Other Potential Responsibilities:
  • Processing calls, emails, and chat interactions.
  • Updating systems and databases with relevant information.
  • Summarizing situations and priorities to the functional area.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Meeting targets and contributing to team success.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and technical skills.
• Typing Speed: A typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute (may be required).
