Job Description


We have an immediate requirement for an Associate/Senior Associate within our Customer Experience Business Unit hence your application is invited should you want to be a part of the leader in the BPM industry.

Please note the requirement is in a pilot project whereby an incumbent will be required to work night shifts with rotational offs. Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills are musthaves for proposed role.

    • Processing calls, emails, and chat interactions.
