Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Use SPSS to conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses.
- Perform regression analysis, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, and survey analysis.
- Evaluate experimental design and sampling techniques for research projects.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Use Python for data wrangling, automation, and analytics using libraries such as
pandas,numpy,matplotlib,seaborn, andscikit-learn. - Automate repetitive reporting tasks and develop reusable scripts for data processing.
- Integrate data from APIs or flat files (CSV, JSON, Excel) into databases or analysis pipelines.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track organizational objectives.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations using visuals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Present findings to leadership and non-technical audiences in a concise, story-driven format.
- Serve as a data advocate, promoting a data-driven culture across departments.
