Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our QA team as Software Test Engineer. The role involves simulation testing, automation testing, validation, and API testing for desktop, web, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and software development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform simulation testing to validate system behaviour under different operating conditions.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of products.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Execute manual API testing using tools like Postman and assist in API automation framework setup.
- Perform validation testing to ensure product compliance with design and requirement specifications.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Ensure software meets functional, performance, and reliability standards before deployment.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts including SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on or academic exposure to manual and automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, etc.).
- Exposure to API Automation Testing and understanding of RESTful services.
- Basic understanding of simulation environments or test benches.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, Android (Kotlin/Java), or C.
- Familiarity with validation techniques and quality documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

- Work Mode: On-site – No Work from Home option available.
