Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications and
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java and related
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL to integrate and manage data.
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and services for web
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and ensure software quality standards are
- Follow Agile software development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and development best
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Java development, including strong knowledge of Java 8 or
- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM
- Familiarity with version control systems like
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web
- Strong problem-solving and analytical
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
- Good communication skills, both verbal and
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
