Job Description

Medplus is hiring freshers for the Trainee Software Engineer role.

Eligibility:

• Any BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA qualification with good analytical and coding skills
• Year of Graduation – 2023 / 2024 / 2025
• Selected Candidates will be required to join by 6th May,2025. Extension of the joining date may not be possible

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Core Computer Science Concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, and Operating Systems
• Familiarity with Programming in Java or Python
• Familiarity with Web Development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc
• Good Logical Reasoning Skills
• Desire to learn different technologies at a rapid pace

Application Process:

• The date of the Written Test is 20th Apr, 2025.

• Based on the applications received, candidates will be shortlisted for the written test, and they will be informed via Email / SMS by 15-Apr-2025.
• Shortlisted candidates should download the hall ticket from this website.
• To gain access to the examination venue, the candidate must bring a printout of the hall ticket.
• Candidate needs to bring any one of the Photo ID proof – Aadhar / Driving license / PAN card etc., to the exam venue.
• Based on the performance in the exam, selected/wait-listed candidates will be notified via Email / SMS to attend the 2nd round (Technical & HR round), which will be an in-person round in our office..
• We cannot send individual regret emails to candidates who were not shortlisted during the selection process.

Evaluation Process:

• Round 1:Written Test ( 90 Minutes)
  • Section A: Multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank type questions comprising general aptitude, logical, numerical ability, core computer science and programming concepts, including Bitwise operators, Operating System concepts, Data Structures, String manipulation, OOPS, basics of databases, SQL, and basics of web technologies
  • Section B: Coding test comprising 2 problems for which code/pseudo-code needs to be written.
  • To be eligible for selection, the candidate needs to meet the cut-off criteria for Section A and Section B.
• Round 2 (In-person ) – Technical & HR Assessment
• Shortlisted / Selected candidates will be notified through Email/ Calls.

Hyderabad:

• Venue: St. Theresa’s Secondary School.
• Address: Near Metro Pillar No 980, Entry through St. Theresa’s Hospital Arch, Erragadda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018.

Compensation Details:

• CTC of Rs 6 Lakhs per annum + 2 Lakhs Bonus.
• The above-mentioned bonus will be paid after the completion of 2 years with the company.
• There will be a service agreement of 2 years with the company.
• All selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance appraisal leading to suitable salary increments at the end of 1st year

Work Location:

• Madhapur, Hyderabad.
• Full-time work from the office only
