Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines for heavy, high-throughput workloads.
- Ingest, clean, and transform large network data, system logs, and multi-source datasets.
- Build and optimize data warehouses, lakes, and distributed storage systems.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all workflows.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to supply high-quality datasets for training and inference.
- Deploy solutions capable of handling real-time analytics and batch processing.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging tools and frameworks for big data engineering.
Required Skillset:
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and distributed data frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, etc.).
- Deep understanding of ETL, stream processing, and data modeling.
- Hands-on with cloud-native data architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with scaling pipelines for high-velocity and high-volume data.
- Ability to work with network-level and system-level datasets (APIs, logs, telemetry).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on performance optimization.
