Job Description
For the HR Intern role, Rupeek is looking for candidates to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a 6-month internship ideal for management or commerce graduates.
- Qualification: B.Com / BCA / MBA / M.Com / Any Degree
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Key Responsibilities (HR Intern)
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of engagement programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives. Collect feedback via surveys and track engagement metrics.
- Internal Communication: Contribute to newsletters and email campaigns regarding culture and recognition.
- HR Operations: Assist HR Business Partners in performance management, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Recruitment Support: Drive campus hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring initiatives.
