Job Description

- Handle customer queries via voice calls, emails, or chat support, depending on the process allocated.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Follow defined scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements during all customer interactions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Work in collaboration with team leaders and managers to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Take part in ongoing training sessions to keep updated on client processes and new product knowledge.
Salary & Benefits:
- Freshers: Starting from ₹2.65 LPA onwards.
- Experienced candidates: Salary up to ₹7 LPA or 30% hike on current CTC (whichever is higher).

Shift & Work Environment:
- Rotational Shifts: Including day and night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
