Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA/BCA, Msc-IT
Freshers can apply
Nice to have 1-2 of Experience in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware & software
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Experience in Office 365
Good logical ability & time management skills
Smart approach towards incident management
The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like Microsoft Teams, Web Ex etc
