Job Description
Zycus Off-campus Drive 2026. We are looking for an IT Inetern to join our IT operations Team. The candidate will support the IT Operations team with day-to-day application installation, endpoint troubleshooting, and general IT support across Windows and macOS devices, along with exposure to broader IT operations processes and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zycus Off-campus Drive 2026. Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints
- Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users
- Support ticket triage and resolution tracking (Freshservice or similar ITSM tool)
- Assist with basic software packaging/deployment tasks and testing
- Help document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues
- Support patch management and software compliance checks
- Assist with testing and QA of internal automation workflows (Power Automate, low-code tools)
- General coordination support for ongoing IT projects
Requirements:
- recently completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS — installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps
- Comfortable MacOS environments hands-on
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices
- Microsoft Entra Knowledge
Nice to Have
- Any Microsoft fundamentals certification (MS-900/SC-900/AZ-900)
- Basic scripting exposure (PowerShell/shell)
