Job Description

Are you passionate about elevating customer experiences? Editage, the world’s foremost academic publication solutions partner for more than 20 years, is seeking committed individuals prepared to thrive in a 9-hour shift, working five days a week, including weekends.

In this role, you will:

• Handle the day-to-day activities of our corporate accounts, specifically for our editing and copyediting clients.
• Be responsible for configuring assignments/jobs as per client requirements and ensuring on-time delivery of completed assignments/jobs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, fellow team members, and internal stakeholders like the Delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client queries that come over email.
• Configure client inquiries received via our online system.
• Configure assignments based on requests received via email.
• Ensure on-time delivery of assignments to clients.
• Ensure effective communication of client requirements to the Delivery team.
• Ensure feedback is logged and complaints from clients are resolved.
• Report relevant client developments and data to the team manager promptly.
• Meet KPIs of response time, resolution time, configuration time, and zero inquiries pending at the end of the shift.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• 0–1 years of experience in any field. Preferrable freshers.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with computers
• Quick decision making
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer focus
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
