Job Description

Shell Off-campus Drive 2026 is hiring for the Graduate Programme 2026 is a 3-year leadership development program for fresh graduates. Selected candidates work on real business and technical projects while gaining experience through on-the-job training, job rotations, formal learning programs, mentoring, and coaching. The programme helps graduates develop leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and professional skills in areas such as engineering, commercial operations, and corporate functions.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme : 

• You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell 

• You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s or PhD degree. 

• You need to have less than three years of professional experience. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Have valid work authorization for India.
