Job Description:
Role 1: Software Engineer
We are seeking fresh graduates B tech with CSE or IT 1 to 2 years of experience to join our L1 Production Support team where you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise applications and infrastructure This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in IT operations and support Key Responsibilities Monitoring Continuously monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Nagios Grafana Splunk or custom dashboards Incident Management Acknowledge log and categorize incidents perform initial triage and resolution for known issues Alert Handling Respond to system alerts and take predefined actions or escalate as necessary Job Monitoring Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and ensure successful completion Ticket Management Create update and close tickets in ITSM tools example ServiceNow Remedy Communication Provide timely updates to stakeholders and escalate critical issues to L2 L3 teams Documentation Maintain runbooks SOPs and incident logs for knowledge sharing and audit purposes Shift Operations Work in rotational shifts 24 bar 7 support model including weekends and holidays Required Skills Strong foundational knowledge in any one primary technical skill example Java Python SQL Linux Networking Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and production support workflows is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures
Role 2: GCP Tech Support Agent :
As a Cloud Support Agent, you are the first point of contact for users experiencing technical hurdles within Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace. Your goal is to provide rapid, empathetic, and effective troubleshooting. You will use monitoring dashboards and AI assistants to identify, categorize, and resolve common infrastructure and collaboration issues, ensuring our users stay productive and our systems remain secure.Key Responsibilities Front-Line Troubleshooting
- Issue Triage:Â Monitor incoming tickets via Jira/ServiceNow, categorizing them by severity and identifying the core technical problem.
- Platform Support: Assist users with common GCP tasks like VM restarts, Cloud Storage permissions, and Cloud SQL connectivity checks.
- Workspace Management: Handle daily GWS tasks such as password resets, 2-step verification (2SV) recovery, and Shared Drive access issues.
- Runbook Execution:Â Follow standardized Step-by-Step guides to resolve known errors without needing to escalate
- Health Checks: Monitor Google Cloud Operations Suite (formerly Stackdriver) for red-line alerts on CPU usage, disk space, or service outages.
