Job Description
Zycus is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for our ITIS team for the Pune / Bangalore location. The position reports to the Operations Specialist- ITIS
The primary job responsibilities include:

· Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 7/Windows 8, Windows 10), Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS Office, and various business applications, etc.
· Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptops, printers scanners, etc.
· Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.

· Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop-related problems by using remote tools like MS TEAMS, Skype for Business, Web-Ex etc.

· Supporting desktop maintenance, and security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management
· Interacting with technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates.
The ideal candidate would have:
· Bachelor’s Degree – BE / B.TECH / MCA
· Ability to troubleshoot operating systems, hardware & software
· Good communication skills
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts
· Understanding of Office 365
· Good logical ability & time management skills
