 Open Tech Profiles: (Students with good coding skills and good DSA)

• Trainee Software Engineer – ₹3.5 LPA
• Assistant Solution Engineer – ₹5 LPA
• Software Development Engineer (SDE) – ₹7 LPA
• Software Development Engineer I (SDE-II) – ₹9 LPA

Opening for Tech + management ->

• Project management engineer -> selection based on Logical test. 3.5 to 5 LPA. (You will know it before you join..)

Package based on your test numbers and interview numbers.

Process: 

Test paper -> paper based, mainly DSA in tech profile and logical in Non-Tech profile…

🔹 Integration Software Engineer (ISE) – ₹3.5 LPA

• Learn and work on core programming fundamentals, debugging, and basic feature development under mentorship
• Assist in writing clean, maintainable code and understanding development workflows (Git, APIs, etc.)
• Helping team build integrations for different apps and different modules.

🔹 Assistant Solution Engineer (ASE) – ₹5 LPA

• Work on developing and integrating modules with guidance, focusing on problem-solving and logic building
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver small-scale features
• Improve code quality, testing practices, and begin handling real-world use cases

🔹 Software Development Engineer (SDE) – ₹7 LPA

• Independently design and develop scalable features with strong focus on DSA and problem-solving
• Write optimized, efficient, and production-ready code with proper testing and debugging
• Contribute to system design discussions and performance improvements

🔹 Software Development Engineer I (SDE-II) – ₹9 LPA

• Solve complex problems and build high-performance systems with strong DSA and low-level design skills
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from design to deployment
• Mentor juniors, review code, and drive best practices in scalability and efficiency

🔹 Project Management Engineer – ₹3.5–5 LPA (basic Tech / Management)

• Coordinate with tech teams to track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Analyze requirements, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication with founder/CXOs.
• Use logical thinking to solve workflow issues and improve execution efficiency. 
• Help products to identify gaps
